Fannie Pelletier
Fannie has over 25 years of experience as an SME executive, manager, and consultant. Drawing on her expertise, she now supports organizations in optimizing their financial and non-financial performance by integrating sustainable practices at the core of their business strategy.
She has served on the boards of several nonprofit organizations, including Prox-Industriel, the Laval Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Regroupement des jeunes chambres de commerce du Québec. For over a decade, she has mentored young entrepreneurs through Futurpreneur and Zù, an incubator dedicated to creative tech businesses. She currently sits on the Sustainable Development Committee of the Town of Mount Royal and serves as a board member of Movia, a nonprofit focused on sustainable mobility.

Sophie Théberge
With over 25 years of experience managing multidisciplinary technology teams and consulting for a wide range of organizations, Sophie specializes in social value research and digital transformation.
Sophie holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Montreal, a second bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management, as well as a specialized graduate diploma in Sustainable Development from HEC Montréal. She is a Level 2 Certified Practitioner by Social Value International for social impact research.
Sophie has served on the boards of the Fondation de l’École de musique Vincent-d’Indy and the Mission du Docteur Marsolais. She currently sits on the board of the Orchestre de la Francophonie and acts as a mentor at Zù, an incubator for creative and tech-driven businesses.

Justine Gagnon
Justine supports teams and leaders through their organizational transformation journeys. She brings over 20 years of experience as a strategic leader, having successfully delivered large-scale organizational transformations for major Canadian and Québec-based companies. She helps teams redefine their culture as a foundation for change, while maximizing employee engagement and active participation.
Holding a Master’s degree in Management Sciences from HEC Montréal, Justine is certified in change management and systemic team coaching. She has contributed to conferences such as C2 Montréal and Movin’On Summit, and serves as a trainer for HEC Montréal’s Executive Education School.

Geneviève Vouligny-Schnée
With 25 years of experience, Geneviève has held key leadership positions, including Executive Director of Les Arts et la Ville and Director of Public and Union Affairs at the UPA, where she developed impactful strategies and mobilized influential networks. She was notably behind the UPA’s Mangeons local movement.
Throughout her career, she has been driven by a passion for strategic support and elevating organizations that foster pride within Québec society, promote the sustainable development of communities, and strengthen social cohesion.

Julie Voyer
With over 20 years of experience, Julie has established risk management programs in both the public and private sectors. She champions excellence to help organizations achieve their strategic objectives and strengthen their resilience. Her inclusive leadership is reflected in her role as Vice-Chair on the boards of RIMS Ottawa and Cap Santé Outaouais.
A CPA and Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Julie holds a degree in Business Administration from the Université de Sherbrooke and a Risk Management certification from Carleton University. In addition to her professional practice, she also teaches in the Professional Certificate in Risk Management program at Carleton University.

Ian-Vladi Dordevic
Ian-Vladi provides strategic and organizational performance consulting services to SMEs. He has worked in the finance functions of multinational corporations and state-owned enterprises, including Bombardier Transportation, L’Oréal, and the SAQ. For the past five years, he has supported organizations in optimizing and implementing management tools. His approach emphasizes the importance of considering human impacts while achieving financial goals in the context of organizational change.
Combining his personal and professional passions, he also offers team-building activities through wine tasting experiences.

Emma Damitio
Emma holds a graduate degree in management and economics and has over 10 years of experience implementing AI solutions across diverse sectors such as media, telecommunications, healthcare, urban planning, and education. Her hands-on experience with nonprofits and SMEs has revealed the lack of clarity surrounding AI. As an expert in the strategic use of data and predictive analytics, she supports teams in responsibly leveraging these technologies.
Emma has developed and led numerous training sessions and workshops on artificial intelligence for events such as Connexion, Les Affaires, and Datavor. Passionate about responsible consumption, she founded Marché Damitio, a grocery store dedicated to local products. Actively involved in several causes, she serves as a board member of Maison Parenfant, an organization providing respite care for parents in vulnerable situations.
