Sustainable Strategy & Financial Performance

Fannie Pelletier

Fannie has over 25 years of experience as an SME executive, manager, and consultant. Drawing on her expertise, she now supports organizations in optimizing their financial and non-financial performance by integrating sustainable practices at the core of their business strategy.

She has served on the boards of several nonprofit organizations, including Prox-Industriel, the Laval Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Regroupement des jeunes chambres de commerce du Québec. For over a decade, she has mentored young entrepreneurs through Futurpreneur and Zù, an incubator dedicated to creative tech businesses. She currently sits on the Sustainable Development Committee of the Town of Mount Royal and serves as a board member of Movia, a nonprofit focused on sustainable mobility.

Sophie Théberge

Sophie places sustainability and social value creation at the heart of her professional practice. Certified Social Value International – Level 2, she specializes in quantitative measurement and financial valuation of social impact (SROI – Social Return on Investment). She supports organizations in understanding, demonstrating, and maximizing the value generated by high-impact social initiatives, through a rigorous, continuous improvement approach.

She holds a DESS (graduate diploma) in Sustainable Development from HEC Montréal, as well as two bachelor’s degrees—one in Communications from Université de Montréal and another in Information Technology Management from HEC Montréal. With more than 25 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams and providing strategic advisory support, Sophie also works in strategy and responsible digital transformation, with a strong interest in IT governance.

She serves on the board of Orchestre de la Francophonie and is a mentor at Zù, an incubator dedicated to responsible creative and technology-driven businesses.

Justine Gagnon

Justine supports teams and leaders through their organizational transformation journeys. She brings over 20 years of experience as a strategic leader, having successfully delivered large-scale organizational transformations for major Canadian and Québec-based companies. She helps teams redefine their culture as a foundation for change, while maximizing employee engagement and active participation.

Holding a Master’s degree in Management Sciences from HEC Montréal, Justine is certified in change management and systemic team coaching. She has contributed to conferences such as C2 Montréal and Movin’On Summit, and serves as a trainer for HEC Montréal’s Executive Education School.

Dominique Trudeau

Dominique is a committed creative strategist and the founder of Couleur Locale, a Montréal-based studio specializing in the go-to-market of brands, causes, and ideas that truly matter.

Guided by strong social values, Dominique actively strives to embed responsibility into every collaboration.

Alongside his work as a strategist, Dominique is also a recognized illustrator. His artistic practice strengthens his ability to craft powerful, authentic visual storytelling—building graphic worlds that resonate.

As an Addendum collaborator, Dominique brings his expertise in strategy and branding to support organizations looking to navigate a constantly evolving environment with purpose and impact.

Julie Voyer

With over 20 years of experience, Julie has established risk management programs in both the public and private sectors. She champions excellence to help organizations achieve their strategic objectives and strengthen their resilience. Her inclusive leadership is reflected in her role as Vice-Chair on the boards of RIMS Ottawa and Cap Santé Outaouais.

A CPA and Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Julie holds a degree in Business Administration from the Université de Sherbrooke and a Risk Management certification from Carleton University. In addition to her professional practice, she also teaches in the Professional Certificate in Risk Management program at Carleton University.

Ian-Vladi Dordevic

Ian-Vladi provides strategic and organizational performance consulting services to SMEs. He has worked in the finance functions of multinational corporations and state-owned enterprises, including Bombardier Transportation, L’Oréal, and the SAQ. For the past five years, he has supported organizations in optimizing and implementing management tools. His approach emphasizes the importance of considering human impacts while achieving financial goals in the context of organizational change.

Combining his personal and professional passions, he also offers team-building activities through wine tasting experiences.
